Comment: as much as I hate giving poor ratings, I never got anything from you for this swap...if, however, you choose to resend, I will gladly rate you higher, okay?! thanks! :)
Comment: I wanted to be understanding but I feel I've been lied to. You marked you item sent on April 20th. It's now a month and I haven't received anything as yet. I know mail is slow, but US to Canada is never that long. If ever I receive anything, it will be my pleasure to change your rating. I'm sad to say, but you are my first flaker!!!
Comment: I'm really sorry to rate this way and I'll certainly change the rating when I receive something. I did try to contact you but I haven't heard anything since your email about three weeks ago. I hope things get better for you soon.
Comment: I hate to give this, but I still haven't received anything from you. I pm'd you back on 4/28 and you said it would be out shortly. When I receive this I will change the rating.
Comment: Thank youso much for the very kind words, they brightened my day. I found it interesting that out of the thousands of people on this website you and I are neighbors chosen at random by the computer. I grew up in Newport News and was at the quilt convention this past weekend in Hampton. Small world isn't it? Take care.
Comment: Hello Connie,
Thank you so much for the "Monster Cookie" recipe you sent me for this swap. This recipe would be perfect for feeding an army or a group of friends and family who really love peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies. My hand goes up with enthusiasm!!! They sound YUMMY and guess where my fingers would be most of the time? You're right--in the dough. So, in my house we would need to cook all 22 dozen at once or I would be out in that freezer trying to get more dough. This is going to be one of those recipes that will look worn in my recipe book because it will have been taken out of the protective cover so many times. I was also lucky to get a second recipe for Seafood Chowder--YUMMY TOO!!! Hope that your 2009 has started out well for you and that it continues to go well. Hope we encounter one another on future swaps.

Comment: Hi Connie,
Thanks for the recipe -- it sounds scrumptious! And thanks for the wonderful postcard. Cardinals are my favorite bird, so I was especially happy to get your card today.
Best regards,
Marilyn
