Comment: Hi Agata, I contacted you twice before rating you, but you didn't even read either of those messages. First of all, I would have appreciated you letting me know that the parcel was going to be late (as you posted it 5 days after last mailing date - and this is a swap you hosted!); also, as I've seen from other ratings you've received recently, you haven't replied to messages at all - not polite, just not polite.

Comment: I just got this parcel almost a year late but greatful that it was eventually sent (Hence the 5). Should really be a 3 because it was late and doesn't include a Lush product and one of the items contained within the parcel was already half used (Perfume). Parcel came torn open because it was wrapped in a paper bag.

Comment: I have received nothing up to this date. It has been about two months since the closing of the swap. This was my first swap and I'm kinda dissappointed because the swap items were hard to obtain and Ive spent roughly about 15 euros on items and postal. Bummer.
Am happy to change if I recieve anything, but I doubt I will.

He also redirected mail from Swapbot to another mail on account on my Gmail privacy settings, so that I had no idea what was happening. Today I finally magaed to figure out how to log back in after a full computer format. My account is now frozen, quite understandably, and I see that I have a lot of swaps to work on. I am a broke student and I really can't afford covering up for my brothers misbehaviour. I will not press charges on him, as he is only 14 years of age (and quite stupid for his age, as you can see) but still - I gather that many people have been hurt here. Can we solve this situation somehow so that I could use my account again and you will be refunded or somehow helped out in this situation? Thanks for understanding

I sent a message confirming correct address and I have still not received anything. Tried contacting the sender since and messages are left unread. I will change this rating if/when I receive the package.

Comment: I'm a bit confused by this swap to be honest - everything appears to be edible! I sent out a pamper package with fluffy socks, face masks etc Plus I thought there was supposed to be 1 'themed' item? A note would have been nice to know who you are and what the food packets are (they're in Polish!). The plastic watch is broken too :s
Response: Ooops. Sorry about the watch! I am sorry if you felt like it was not exactly what you wanted it to be, and there was supposed to be a pleather calendar with doctoring pattern on it (crosses, syrings etc). Is it not there? Looks like somebody robbed the package...

Comment: Thank you for resending just the track list. I think 8tracks.com was trying to make me listen to all the tracks in a row when I just wanted to read the names of them, and listen later. As for BCC it means Blind Carbon Copy, which means that everyone won't be able to see all the addresses you email to, and if someone hits "reply all" it won't go to everyone. It's good etiquette to use it when sending emails to more than one person, or if you don't understand how to BCC, you can send the email to each person individually.

Comment: Yes! Thank you! What wonderful things you had chosen for me. I like all of them :) The nail file made me chuckle as it's from Seppälä which is a Finnish store chain. I know they have stores in other countries as well. The sandal socks will come in really handy next summer. I'm going to try the soup when I have my next day off and need to have lunch at home. I remember having little note blocks like that when I was little so this one brings back memories. I think I'll find a perfect place for the doughnut in a current school project. I think I'll go file my nails now and add some nail stickers. Thank you again, you made me happy :D
