Comment: Unfortunately I never received a package. I reached out a few times after giving it a month (as I know customs can sometimes be lengthy depending on country) and they did respond once and stated they would resend, but never hear anything back . I contacted again after another month, to tell them I hadn't received and no response. I will be happy to change rating if package is received.

Comment: Hi I have reached out to my partner multiple times to follow up what happened to my package and they never responded to me. My partner did respond to the swap organizer and said they have resent the package. I still have not received anything, but I am happy to re rate when I receive something.
