Description:

I think it is so interesting to see other peoples notes...the ones that they don't intend for anyone to see and then throw away after it's use is served...such as "notes to self" and ideas and so on. My husband comes home from work every day with several pieces of scrap papers where he has written thoughts, pieces of a story, and such...and I actually have started collecting them, haha!!!

So I would love to make a swap for a whole months or so worth of notes. What we will do is take a notebook( size and such is completely your choice) and just fill it with absolutely everything...notes to self, thoughts, ideas, journal entries, to do lists, shopping lists, letters, ....literally everything...anytime you need to write something down, you will do it in this book!! I think you will be able to really tell a lot about someone by reading their everyday notes!! Hopefully this doesn't sound too boring!!! Fill up your book as much as possible!!

I am making it to where this swap will extend through all the end of year holidays and new years...that way it should be quite easy to completely fill up your book!!! Feel free to start your book right away :)

No 1's or 3's within the last three months. Newbies are completely welcome :) !!! Any questions or suggestions...feel free to contact me!!

I'd love an international version of this swap and would be willing to host it with your permission.

If we fill the book is it ok to send it sooner? Also is there a minimum number of pages?-- some of my books are just a few pages, some have tons.

Cool swap idea.

@FragileBystander another question I write in short notes and quick bits that I think would only make sense to me. Do we need to include a something that explains the notes, or is how ever we write them ok?

Reallusionista 11/ 8/2011 #

@junieandj -- you can certainly go ahead and send if it fills up quicklyn but you could also start another one to include the whole swap time and then send both if you wish. There is no requirement concerning pages...just that you jot it down in your notebook every time you need to write. Also for your second question, just write as you normall would...no need for explanations unless you just want to :)

I am interested to see how this goes and possibly sign up for a future swap.

I've already been writing in mine for a few days. I'm hoping whoever my partner is gets a kick out of reading the various things I have written down in it. Somehow, I suspect I'll be on to book 2 before the end of the swap. :) And, thus far at least, it's been a good tool for getting me motivated. I may keep using it even after the swap is done!
