NMBC ATC #7: The Mayor

Thank you to everyone who has been participating in this series.

I am happy to announce one of my favorite characters for the next swap: the Mayor.

This is the 7th in the series and once enough interest in sparked I will set up a make-up swap for those of you would would like the entire cast.

You will create 1 ATC for 1 partner featuring in some way the mayor from the Nightmare Before Christmas.

You may use any medium you want, digital, colored pencils, watercolors, etc. Please make it standard 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 size and those are the only rules. :)
