Description:

This swap is open to anyone in the USA who loves to scratch off lottery tickets. For this swap you will have 1 partner, and you will send your partner $8 in scratch off tickets, and they must be of this type: (1) $5.00 scratch off ticket, (1) $2.00 scratch off ticket, and (1) $1.00 scratch off ticket for a total of $8.00.

NOTE: I do recommend that these cards are sent with delivery confirmation, but that is up to you. But remember if your partner doesn't receive then you will be asked to resend.

NO newbies are allowed in this swap. SORRY! You must have at least a 4.5 rating or higher, and NO "1's" or "3's" in the past three months. You must have completed at least 5 type 2 or type 3 swaps to sign up for this swap. If you sign up and you notice someone that has signed up that is a known flaker PLEASE let me know. I have the right to ban anyone that I feel is not a good swapper, and that decision is final. NO ONE likes a FLAKER!! PLEASE if you cannot send this swap on time or send it at all don't sign up. A full filled out profile is a requirement for ALL participants.

This is my first time hosting a swap, so please bear with me, and if you see something that you think I need to change then please feel free to contact me.

If the card wins, do we send it back to the partner that sent it to us?

@Bass You can send them in yourself.. Most of the Lottery tickets have the address where to mail them to on the back. I do it all the time. :)

@QtPie No, I meant that if the card is a winner, wouldn't it be fair to send it back to the person who actually bought it, so they can have the winnings?

@ladydy5 I've never done one of these swaps before.

NO, when you ship the cards to the assigned partner you give up the right to the winnings for that card. A few months ago QtPie hosted a swap, and one of the cards I sent to the lady in CA won $100.00. That was her money to keep because it was a swap. Once you swap something you don't get it back.
