First time I've seen a swap for this.. Purpose of the pages? For scraping or ATC?

The book pages can be used for any crafting type related objects (like atc, scrapping or what the person decide to do with the pages).

Can the pages be from the same book, and is there a minimum size? (paperback ok?)

Paperback pages are okay, and yes they can be from the same book.
