I am confused. Your profile says you live in Mexico but this is a USA only swap, how does that work?

@junkjubilee - it says America only, not USA only. I am thinking this means that swappers from South America are allowed as well.

Mexico is in America. America would include North America, Central America, and South America... right? Shipping internationally isn't the same thing as shipping overseas.

Did the coordinator clarify what Regional-Only America means? I was thinking America as in USA. How is Mexico in America? It's a different country right?

America isn't a country. It is a a huge land mass that has a north central and south and of course the USA is part of it. USA does not have the market on the term America.
