Description:

Have you ever felt the urge to draw/write/journal/create but found you're not quite sure what to do?

In this swap you will build up a deck of inspiration prompt cards as you collect one from your partner each month. Using ATCs (cards measuring 2.5" x 3.5" - which is the size of a POKER card deck - and not standard playing cards, do check the size) we will build your very own handmade resource for you to tap into whenever you need a little nudge. It also means you can make good use of the ATCs you recieve but you can also choose to put them in an album if you wish - totally up to you. I just thought this would be a great set to collect, and of course create.

Each month you will be given two words that you need to use in your ATC somehow. You can add any other drawings, paintings, embelishments (although try to keep it as flat as possible), it's up to you how you decorate your ATC as long as you use the word somewhere.

For card #1 of the word is DREAM... Card #2 will need to contain the sentence..."What If?" do with that as you wish my friends! Most of all have fun!

You need to make 1 ATC for each word and send to 1 partner each and you have a whole month to work on them.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask! I'll also be filming a demo video which will be available over at CraftyLink for Tuesday Schoozeday on how you can store your deck! I'll let you know when that is happening - pinky promise! :D

Have fun!!

I have my ATC's created! I am so happy with how they turned out. I can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with!

Just realized I fear not having enough time for this. Just had therapy and muscle relaxers extended so exercising or sleeping most of the time. Will have to wait a bit to work on any art! Thanks for the opportunity!

WOW - you have done them already?! That is very cool. @Jewelsartwriter - no worries - that's a shame but obvioulsy can't be helped. Must be extremely frustrating for you! If you would like to still join so that you recieve something I will do your ATCs for you my love. x I don't want you to miss out on getting some lovely post. x

You stated we are suppose to send ONE card to ONE partner yet there are two cards we are suppose to make and I was only issued ONE partner.. not sure what to do???

annieheineck 11/16/2012 #

ok my ATC's are done and sent to one person... hope they are both enjoyed, I sure enjoyed making them :)

TracyShave 11/19/2012 #

Yes for anyone else confused you should be making two cards - one for each word/saying. This month you have Inspiration for one and "WHAT IF" for the second. x Send those to the one partner you have...
