Peanuts ATC #11~ in series~ Franklin~

Make a standard size 2.5" by 3.5" ATC depicting Franklin from the Peanuts cartoon. Woodstock was so much fun, so why not go on with these characters.~ I will screen people if their intent seems suspicious to me and I will ban people with recent multiple low ratings and newbies without their profiles filled out and without recent log-ins. I need to know you are serious swappers. :) ~Have fun! creating.~ (You can use anything you like to make these with, but make sure you put a little time into them and work neatly please.) * note........If you do not trust my judgement over who I allow in the swap, please do not join, but I assure you......with the atc swaps that I host, if I do make a bad call in judgement, you will be angeled by me or a close angel of mine. Just have fun creating. So far we have done wood stock, snoopy, charlie and Lucy, Linus, Sally, Pig Pen, Peppermint Patty , Schroeder, Marcie, and now Franklin. I think we will do a Joe cool or Red Baron snoopy next. But that is not set in stone, will let you all know what is next asap. Whenever anyone is ready for another make up character swap please let me know. :) Edit* Freida is the definate next.
