Wax Paper Resist

It is time to revisit this technique.
Crumple a piece of wax paper slightly larger than your cardstock. I use a whole sheet but you can do one ATC at a time also. Open up the wax paper leaving as much of the wrinkles as possible.

Sandwitch the wax paper between 2 sheets of GLOSSY cardstock with the glossy sides facing each other. Now using a warm iron with the no steam setting,iron your paper sandwith. The wax will melt onto your cardstock.

When it is cool, apply ink from your ink pad using a sponge or brayer. Wipe the inked cardstock with a paper towel to remove any excess ink.

Now you have a beautiful background to use to make your ATC.
