what are some examples for the "spirit" part? Just wondering!

carladallas-- I think that ideas for the "spirit" are books (related to spirituality, self-help, etc.), meditation supplies (candles, music, incense, etc.), aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, religious items (if the person is interested in such things . . . rosary beads, Buddha statues, prayer books, etc.), ummm . . . not sure what else. That was just my take on the spiritual portion of this swap. Amy can correct me if I'm wrong . . .

By the way, since I am assuming that some portion of this swap could possibly involve food, beverages, bath products, aromatherapy, etc. maybe people should list allergies or strong dislikes . . . ?

As for me, I have allergies, but nothing too serious food- or scent-wise. :o)
