I hosted this swap almost two years ago and it went well so let's do it again!

Only one person per US State may join so please leave a note in comments claiming your state when you sign up. Also, please join for the state you live in, not a neighboring state. I will check profiles and addresses before assigning partners to make sure we don't have any duplicates.

You will have two partners to send postcards to. Please make it a store bought, state identified postcard of something significant to your particular state.

You must have a 4.98 rating or above and sorry, no unrated newbies.

I reserve the right to remove anyone from this swap and I fully support the efforts of FOPS!
