Description:

It's about that time of year again...back to school! It's an exciting time but can also be really stressful. This swap is for teachers only! Your job is to put together a back to school survival kit for one of your fellow swapping teachers.

Please include: A note that describes what you teach, how long you've been there, what you like about it etc...in your note you can also explain why you chose each item.

1-2 (or more) School Supply Items 1-2 (or more) Items to keep in your desk 1-2 (or more) snack or drink items 1 (or more) Items to relieve stress Something to put it all in!

(feel free to include anything else you feel like your partner would like.)

This is sender's choice, but also please consider what your partner likes. For example, I love school supplies but hate "apple" teacher things and strong smells.

You will spend around $20, give or take $5.(I care less about how much you spend and more about quality. Don't skimp! Put together a nice package for your partner.

School for me starts August 26th. I know some people start earlier and others start later. Packages should be mailed by August 19th in order to allow time to get places (hopefully) before school starts.

Since it is a large swap, 4.99 rating and no 3s or 1s in the last year. I will be checking profiles! Please be a good sport. No flaking and please rate promptly. If you can't commit to that, please pass on this swap.

Love this idea and would totally do it if I lived in the USA right now - International would just be too costly!

I think it is a really nice idea!:) I am in Europe, so I will not be partiipating, but I hope there will be an international one some day:)

Lol! I'm not a teacher but while my kids were in elementary school, I'd send a survival kit with them for their teacher on the first day of school. Teachers would get a kick from it! Have fun!

Does a school librarian count??

School Librarian is fine. :)

I love this swap idea. I love bright colors. My classroom has an owl theme, I'm also using chevrons in my room this year. I teach pre-k so I'm into the cutesy stuff. I do have a scentsy in my room and gravitate more towards fruity or bakery smells. If you would like to hand make me something my name has changed to Mrs. Ramirez.

I am going out of town right in the middle of this swap. I won't be able to participate. I so wanted to do this. I just don't think I will be able to make something extra special and I would hate to disappoint anyone. I even had I super cute box to house everything in. Best wishes everyone. Hope this comes around again soon!
