Thank you for letting me use the idea.

Swappers will send a note card or letter to their partner, so the stamps can be on the envelope. You need to use three different stamps to make up the total cost of postage to send the letter/note card.

You can write a few pages or just say how you are, as long as the envelope has three different stamps.

This swap is mostly to be able to get three different stamps from another country. So decorated envelopes are not required. In fact, for us that like other stamps to add to our journals or collections, would rather not have to cut up a nicely decorated envelope.

USA is taken by me.

Please, USA swappers, do not ask if you can join from different states, the purpose of the swap will be lost if I would allow that.

4.97 rating required. Newbies with a well filled out profile can join.

I will check all swappers less than five and newbies and will be strict for this swap.

If you do not know what a well filled profile is, ask and it will be explained.

If you have sent many swaps and still have that rating, I will determine when the bad ratings were given and the reasons for the bad ratings. Pretty much count yourself out of the swap, because this is a special swap, that stamp lovers will not want to be flaked on, and more than likely do not want me to angel the swap with USA stamps.
