@nsgrammy2012 has asked foe help hosting a this (USA) version swap and has asked that I change the dates a little and I hope this doesn't inconvince anyone or make any one leave the swap. For this swap you will have one partner that you will send 12 small gifts to. They must be wrapped or in bags and labeled 1 -12 so your partner knows which one to open on which day, like an Advent calendar. Your gifts need only to be small and something that you would love to receive. They can be handmade and/or store bought or a combination of both. You can include candies and/or hot chocolate and/or tea for one day if you so choose, but check your partner's profile to see if that would be something that they would actually like to receive or that they even like. Questions - 1)Can I send 12 of the same thing? NO. Each item counts as one - ATC(3) count as 1 day; Hot chocolate or tea counts as 1 day; 4 Christmas cards count as 1 day. You get the idea. You could send 12 Christmas ATCs and they count for 1 day. 2)Is this based on my partner's profile? YES and NO - if it comes to food or chocolate I would say YES. You should always look at your partners profile to see what they really love to receive and what they actually don't like. They may have a Santa phobia than don't send anything with Santa on it. Any other questions on question #2 post them below and I will answer them. Please everyone check to see the questions and responses that may pop up so everyone is on the same page with this. 3)How much money should I spend if I decide to purchase everything? I wouldn't spend more that $10, you may or may not get back the same amount of cash you have put into your swap for your partner. Maximum would be $10 excluding postage. 4)Should the items be new? YES of course everything should be new that is store bought and/or handmade. It should also be free of smoke and/or dampness. Check your partners profile for allergies. Thanks Plenty of time is allocated to get your packages put together and into the mail for your partner. Have fun! Parcels need to arrive before the 12 days of Christmas begin. Please rate your parcel after the 12 days - once you have opened everything. Rating - 5 - package was received and met swap requirements - there are 12 gifts wrapped. 3- package was received, but did not meet requirements - there are not 12 gifts wrapped. 1- package was received late and your partner never contacted you and/or package was never received and no word from your partner. Hearts are extra and up to you.
