An ATC from every state #4

I love ATCs, and I would love to have 1 from each State. For this swap you will have 2 partners, you will make 1 ATC for each of them based on your state. The name of the State has to be somewhere on the card- and beyond that it is up to you. What makes your state special? I am changing the rules slightly on this round- you no longer have to currently live in your state- however you must have extensive first hand knowledge of a state to join.

Rules:

1. Only 1 person per state may sign up,

2. You must currently live in the state you sign up for or have extensive first hand knowledge of the state.

3. Include a note to your partner that tells a little bit about your state, why you chose it, or how you like living there. To be clear- you must explain your first hand knowledge of the state in this note.

4. Please- do not focus on current or recent political issues on your card. Lets just keep politics out of this and celebrate our states!

5. Minimum rating 4.9 with no unexplained 3s or 1s in the last six months. I am going to allow Newbies this round- I will angel if necessary.

6. If you receive an ATC with your partner's state on it- you must rate a 5, even if its not your style, this is a sender's choice- if you don't like it- send it on later.

7. Do the kind of work you would like to receive.

8. Post the state you are claiming in the comments. Do not claim a state until you actually join, not when you watchlist please. Also- if you drop out, please tell us your state is available. Its frustrating to have states claimed by people who never joined.

9. If you get the same partner as a previous round- make an ATC specific to your home-town instead of your state!
