Description:

About mid-January, I hit a winter slump and could use some cheering up. I know others do the same, so I thought it would be fun to send some winter sunshine to cheer each other up.

For this swap we will fill/stuff/cram one quart size ziplock baggie(or you can make a fabric bag the same size) with sunshine for one partner.

Fill with yellow and sunshine theme items. Be creative; look for yellow items, yellow packaging, or sun logos. You can create your own candy bar wrappers, etc to make your items fit the theme, also. If you search for "box of sunshine" you will find all sorts of ideas! This is for new or nicely handmade items.

Note: Please limit food to less than half the bag.

This is slightly partner specific. Please do not send things from your partner's dislike list but don't be constrained by wish lists and likes. Try to have varied items too.

Put the swap name and your swap name somewhere on a note or card; Don't make it hard for your partner to rate you promptly!

I know this is a group swap, but here is the obligatory safety warning:

  • 4.97 rating and up. No 1 ratings at all, no 3s in past 6 months.
  • Sorry, no newbies (must have at least 10 rated type 2-3 swaps)
  • No drama llamas, known chronic late senders, and known slow or non-raters.
  • I reserve the right to ban for any reason, even if it's just because I haven't had enough coffee. I want this to be a safe and easy swap to spread some cheer, not a headache for me or anyone else.

If you see a participant that makes you uneasy, please feel free to PM me and share your concerns. I always value input from other swappers and will address anything havey-cavey promptly.
