Description:

You can send any store bought postcard in this swap, but the twist is: You must use at least one stamp that is the subject of that postcard!

You can make up the rate with any other stamps.

So for example, if you send a postcard from an Olympics, you must use an Olympic stamp. If you send a bear postcard, use a bear stamp. Boat postcard, boat stamp, etc. The stamp doesn't have to an exact match!!!! Not maxi-cards, just same subject.

Start digging through your collections!! I hope you'll join me! Written and stamped! : )

I have some lovely postcards stamped 'First Day of Issue' with the stamp on the front of the postcard. Would they be acceptable?

That's more of a maxicard @maggie16 -- really all we want to do here use a stamp with the same subject -- so if you have a koala stamp and a koala postcard, it'd be perfect - that type of thing. PM me if you're still not sure,ok? Thanks! : )

Aha, I see, thanks Susie! I had never heard of the term 'Maxicard' before...but just googled it and that is the type of card I had in mind. No worries...I'll see if I can find something else! Swap is sill on my watchlist :)
