'Send A Giggle' PC Swap #1 (USA)

Send your partner a naked & stamped, funny touristy pc. You can send any state's card - it doesn't have to be your home state. Please send only clean, undamaged pc's! Write a nice message or funny quote on the back, and send it on it's way - on time. :o)

Newbies with 5 rated, type-2 swaps and a well filled out profile are welcome. :o)

I will be checking profiles closely - if I don't like what I'm seeing, you won't be allowed to participate. That includes, but isn't limited to, unresolved 1's, made-up 1's within the last 3 months, and 3's within the last 3 months. Non-raters won't be allowed in any future swaps of mine (yes, I do check to see if you rate your partner). I will angel if necessary, after you've rated your partner a 1.
