Stress Relief Package

Not sure about you, but I always have stress in my life. Usually it is fun, positive stress like taking the kids places, meeting friends, organizing life. However, sometimes stress, even positive stress, can feel a little overwhelming. I personally have found recognizing and modifying the stress levels in my life make me a happier person. So.... for this swap

1. Write to your partner about what stresses you. This can be one thing or many things. Please fell free to add as much detail as you like, but do not feel you must share everything.

2. Write about what you find helps you manage your stress. This can be whatever helps you - activities, thoughts, people, you name it.

3. Include a list of ten stress "did you know?" facts. Please make this list full of as many new ideas, or obscure facts as you can. Please give as much detail and the source, if you have it.

4. Make a booklet of 10 stress reliving tips AND 10 anti stress quotes. Please make this small enough to pack in a bag or sit on a bedside table. Decorate the cover and make it durable. Idea for a book - Cardboard for a cover, altered small hard covered note book. Use your imagination. If you have questions, please ask.

5. Make a stress relief kit for your partner. Make the kit self contained (in a box, a bag, etc.). Include a minimum of 7 items. Please check your partner's profile for dislikes eg. no bubble bath, no scented candles.

PLEASE DO not stress about this!!! Make this as fun and as enjoyable for yourself as for your partner. Hopefully, you will find some stress relief during the process of creating you swap!
