For this swap, you'll be sending your partner a simple notecard with a nice note inside. You can talk about anything you want, as long as it's at least three or four sentences.

The outside of the envelope is what's going to require the work. Cover the entire front of the envelope (except for the space for your partner's address, the return address, and the stamp) with zentangle.
