There are a lot of people out there who struggle with losing weight. Having someone to talk about your daily struggles and accomplished goals really helps keeps me motivated and stay on track! Rules: Send a letter to a partner talking about... well, what you've accomplished or had trouble with in May in terms of fitness. A few ideas are:
Those are just ideas. Just talk about fitness in general! There's more though. Please also include BOTH of these (required): At least one healthy recipe (4x6 or 5x7 card, any paper and can be handwritten or typed) Please put the calorie count on it if possible. Keep it under 500. -Your fitness goals for June. (At least one, and as many as you wish.) SO, to sum it up, you are required to send a letter, one or more healthy recipes, and your fitness goals for June. This swap is only open for rated swappers that have at LEAST TEN TYPE 2 AND/OR 3 COMPLETED, RATED SWAPS and that have a 4.95 rating+. Please do not ask to join if you don't meet the requirements. I will ban anyone if needed. (I really hate doing it!! But I can't help if people don't read the entire description!) Also, please do not join if you're not trying to accomplish any fitness goals. This swap is for people who are genuinely in need of motivation. There will be another one at the end of June. This is not really a permanent pen pal thing, but you may find this very helpful!
