Used Book Store

I also have a great second hand book store love this swap. I read almost anything. I love historical fiction. I also enjoy non fiction, memoirs, some YA ,mysteries and thrillers. I don't read paranormal fiction like vampires, witches, etc.

I read anything fiction except for romance. I also enjoy non-fiction arts and crafts books. I collect children's books and picture books.

Wish I could join this, I would if I could send my partner a new book. To send a small paperback within this country is €4.50, to send to USA would be €10, so actually works out more expensive than a new book lol. Happy swappin'!

I looooooove novels !!! Like Jane Austens and others that type and romance-fantasy ( angels, falling angels, vamps, witches, werewolfs ) or adventure books ! So any of that will make my day ^^ ooooor disney fairytale books. ^^

This looks like such as awesome swap ... can't wait! We have some great book stores here and next weekend in the HUGE anual book fair at Founders Park. I don't read much fiction sorry. However, I love Terry Pratchett. I love sewing and knitting books and anything about the arts and crafts, art nouveau or art deco eras. Something interesting and informative about another culture or countries (especially their traditional crafts etc would be cool. I've also just become a Cub (scouts) leader so I would love to see a leader or scouts handbook from overseas. Let me know if this is too specific or hard and I'll think of something else :)

love all books but please no murder, thrillers, mystery. I love historical romances, true stories, biographies, improvement books, so just try something new I'm fine with it.

There are a few books I love on my profile … I love most genres except novels like 50 Shades of Poorly Written Tripe. :P My favourites tend to be Sci-fi and fantasy and I collect children's books. :)

I would love to see another regional swap like this. I just can't afford international postage any more. But I work in a used book store, so this is right up my alley!

@basykes Would you like to start a US only version? I have thought about doing that myself, I almost made this one US only but then decided that it would be fun to get a book from a different country.

Awesome swap! I like horror, sci-fi, fantasy, most regular fiction, and non-fiction based on any of my interests. I'm pretty easy to please, the only things I don't read are chick-lit and romance type novels.

Can't wait to search the stacks at The Strand! Always glad to have a reason to visit that mammoth store.

I like non-fiction books on yoga, vegan eating, theater, polymere clay, cross-stitch, biographies, and world history. As for fiction, I'm not particularly picky...I'll give most things a shot! Preferably nothing that's been made into a movie recently.

Awesome! I´m open to everything - fiction of all genres as well as non-fiction. But I read rather a LOT. It´s no problem if I happen to know the book you send. But I´d be most gratefull if your pick isn´t Harry Potter, Jane Austen or something similar massively popular. May be send a copy of your "hidden treasure", a book you love, but no one else seem to know about instead?

Sounds as if there's an interest in a US version. I'm going to start one!
