Since the letter has to be in code, it doesn't have to be too long though minimum of one page (8½x11), double sided. Type 3 because of the time it'll take to write the letter and decorate the envelope. The choice is yours if you'd like to reply or not. I'm making the mail deadline quite long to make sure the letter is not rushed, please don't wait last minute to write and mail out your letter.

To summarise:

-One letter to one partner written in code. It's not required to send the code to your partner. Minimum of one page (8½x11), double sided.

-Decorate the envelope instead of sending a plain one.
