Everyone needs to post below in this thread and say what size their planner dashboard page size is.

Don't just cut out a piece of cardstock and toss it in an envelope - decorate it somehow. Use a quote or a photo or some flat embellishments- Really make this something nice. If you are an artist and can draw, you may want to draw something special. Just do something really nice for your partner. Take a peek at your partner's profile and see what their likes are.
