Happy Birthday Shabby Tag

Well, Here is another one of my themed tag swaps. If you have played along in some of my other shabby chic tag swaps, You will wanna play along in this one too. August is my Birthday month and so I wanna hold a swap to make a shabby chic Happy Birthday Tag. The rules are 1.You must use a #8 tag (6 1/4X3 1/4)( you can use a larger one but #8 is the smallest) 2. You must shabby chicify the tag like CRAZY. (Bling,lace ribbon,pearls,soft pinks,blues,greens,etc.etc.)
3.Please give your tag a thick sturdy base. 4.you must have a rating of 4.8 or higher. NO EXCEPTIONS!! This will also be a USA only swap as shipping on a bulky tag will be really pricey. I apologize!
