Wizard of Oz ATC Series #3- Glinda the Good

This is the third of the Wizard of Oz ATC series. you will be making 1 ATC for your partner. You can begin to make these any time, since you won't have to rely on your partner's profile. And because we don't have to wait, the turn-around to mail these will be fast.

For this swap, you will make Glinda the Good Witch.

Standard size for ATCs are 2.5" x 3.5". Make sure they're on a sturdy backing.

You may hand-draw these, layer them, use mixed media, paint, or whatever you like. Anything goes, except sticker-slapping. Do your best and have fun!

4.94 but no unexplained 1s or 3s. Unrated newbies allowed. I will angel if needed but please don't flake.
