Are the cards to be handmade or store bought?

"Swap coordinators should never dictate when hearts should be given." I think, that hearts are completely up to receiver because it's not always about extras and sometimes extras are not enough ;)

@Houstonsgal I personally prefer store bought cards. But I didn't specify bacause I know that soe people like handmade. So I would message your partner and see if it's ok to send a handmade card))

@bovel well, we all do sometimes) Every time around holidays I'm trying to encourage people to give hearts and spread some good mood) But this is only a sugesstion. If you put an extra bag of tea it simly shows that you care more. I always try to give a heart no matter what, so to me it's not big deal))

I think it's better to encourage senders to give their hearts. I mean to put an extra effort not to get a swap-bot heart in return but to make somebody happy ;) or at least encourage people to appreciate senders efforts but adding a rule about what exactly I can do to get a heart is not following the swap-bot rules.
However, I 'm not going to join this swap, so I won't bother you anymore ;) It's your swap.

@jannieb both of those profiles have good rating recently. All the 1s and 3s are from 2013-13. I'm good with having her in my swap. Both of them)) If we keep banning people with old ratings like this, soon we won't have anyone left here. I had a 3 on my profile. And my partner was a total ... I put tons of money and time into it, it was a perfect fit for the swap(it was my own swap too) and he "didn't like it" So after that I care less about 1s and 3s. As long they are not recent and explained I'm fine with it.
