This is fast becoming my favoritest swap 8^)

It just keeps giving and giving. I had another cup of smiling tea today.

HI Guys, I had to give up caffeine last month, can you send herbal tea please. thanks!

I signed up just now, I am hoping the tea I send is ok. Does it have to be in a tea bag? If I add in a diffuser? and informtion etc. ....

Fancy I have a heart condition and I have to take it easy on caffeine myself. I will send out teas that taste good and ok for our hearts. :) <3

I´m happy to hear that you all like this tea swap :) Fancygraphics, I hope your swap partners read these comments and send you herbal tea, but I can´t guarantee that :( But let´s hope your wishes are fulfilled! And Willow Tree, it´s ok to send loose teas as well, as long as you send at least 6 different flavours. Adding diffusers would also be great, then it´s easier for your partners to enjoy the tea :)

Please if possible I'd like to recieve teabags wrapped in a individual paperbag .( not the bag out of a box or lose tea ) My daughter collects the teabag packages from all over the world and I.... well I drink the teas :o))

I love this swap. Last swap Aust Customs made me laugh, as they impounded one of my teabags, and said I could have it back after I paid them $42.50 to "heat treat it". I decided to let them keep it. :P

Drewzel - I hear your pain (Australian customs), I'd once received some sunflower seeds from a penpal, which were kept behind in customs. It would have cost me over $40 to get them irradiated and released!

For those of you sending to Australia, sealed teabags are more likely to get through than loose teas (as in the bags completely sealed in foil or plastic). That is the same with any foodstuff - completely sealed candle is more likely to get through than loose candy. Also, clearly putting what the contents of the parcel/letter is on the package helps ;>

Hi, I have no preference when it comes to tea, there are lots that I haven't tried, I am a Tetley girl, and have been most of my life! Started drinking tea when I was 4! Very weak, with lots of milk...its a British thing! The only thing that I do not like is Green Tea.

For reference, in case any of my partners haven't sent yet and might check here, I love all kinds of tea, especially non-standard ones, like fruity and spicy flavored blacks, estate teas, and interesting herbal tisanes. I have tons of infusers, so loose tea is great. :D

I am posting mine on the 14th. I thought the envelopes could then be used for scrapping or ATC's having Valintines day as the post mark. Hope everyone has a great day and recieves lots of sweets from their sweetie.

I have mailed off my sets of tea bags to my swap partners, but I cannot find a place to advise those in charge of this!! I am new at this, perhaps it will be available in a few days. Gracias!!

Ok, they are posted and off they go. Hope they arrive safely by air mail. And hope they get by customs in Aulstrailia, was not made to fill out customs forms because it is letter size. So lets hope.

I got my 2nd and 3rd tea packages today... one from a photographer and one from an artist! (Hee hee... good idea to send business cards!) :) I think this is the third tea swap I\'ve been in but the first time I got such an unusual variety. It\'s not the tea flavours that are so different, but the tea TYPES (some are medicinal, some were loose, etc.)

After the last sending day (20th) it takes about one week for the rating icon to come. For example my packages are arriving from the US and it lasts about one week. So please be patient :)

I received two tea-swap packages yesterday, but Australia customs decided they didn't like tea bags without ingredients listed on them. They took them away :-\ Such a shame because the teas that were mentioned in the letters sounded really yummy!

For those who do future tea swaps - if you are sending tea to Australia, please check that they are sealed tea bags which have ingredients listed on them! At least I know what can come into Australia now!

Nifwlseirff, was one of them mine? I did send sealed tea bags, I made sure they were, because I contacted you first? Let me know, if they were, I would like to send you something else to make up for it, I have some instant Rose Hips tea from Japan or maybe some special hot chocolate.

Tina - please don't worry about it! I obviously got it wrong when I just said sealed teabags are ok (and without noting that they also needed ingredients). I did get the yummy chocolate tea, Japanese rosehip and Raspberry Royale because those ones all had ingredients listed ;> Yumm!
