In the past I participated in Rosedzi's weight loss journal swaps. While I was looking to message her about possibly doing another round I found that she is no longer with us. Since I can't ask for permission I hope no one gets offended that I am using her idea for a swap. If enough support is around I will gladly host every month For this month’s journal, you will begin the journal with an introduction about yourself, which can include reasons why you want to lose weight, your current path to weight loss, challenges to your weight loss, and anything else you may wish to tell your partner before beginning the month. You will also include any goals you have for the month. At the beginning of each week, you will write out your goals for the week. After which your entries can include what you ate for the day, your exercise, how your day went, your thoughts on your goals, recipes, pictures of your food, pieces of food packaging, or anything else you wish to include. You should aim to write something every single day. At the end of each week, make sure to reflect on how you did on your goals. Then the next week start over. You can also include before and after photos or any photos of yourself if you wish. The point is to make the swap work for you as well as be something to help keep both yourself and your partner motivated and on track. The swap will go til September 1st and the last entry for the month will be Sept 30th however the send by date will be October 9th. Since this is my first swap hosting in a while I'm posting the rating requirement at 5 because it does take time and effort, I'd hate to have someone flake. However I will angel if necessary. |
