This is a weight based swap - stuff about 100 grams of planner products into your envelope, there is no min or max dollar amount.

And I will not be a control freak and tell you exactly what to put in it. I trust that you know what to put in there. As long as you make it lovely, pretty and highly usable and at or over 100g you are good. Try and match your partner's profile for that extra piece of love.
