Secret Santa Private Exchange for CFLAG Vendors

IMPORTANT: ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING A FULLY FILLED OUT PROFILE WITH LIKES, DISLIKES, ALLERGIES, ETC. AND THEIR SHIPPING/MAILING INFO ON FILE WITH THIS SITE IN ORDER TO JOIN THIS SWAP.

This is a private exchange for the Central Florida Artisans Guild's Dec 12th Vendors.

This will be a secret Santa exchange with an in person swap day, so it is ONLY OPEN TO THOSE VENDING ON DEC 12TH FOR THE GUILD CRAFT SHOW.

The purpose of this swap is to engage in a fun activity with other members. The theme will be something Holiday/yule/Christmas/winter since not everyone celebrates Christmas. This means that those who do not celebrate Christmas must make sure to communicate that so their partner will give them items that are appropriately themed.

PARTNERS ARE NOT SECRET ON THIS SITE BUT WE WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT AS SECRET AS POSSIBLE, SO NO PEEKING AT THE "RATE YOUR PARTNER" UNTIL IT'S ACTUALLY TIME TO DO SO.

Items for this swap:

This swap will be a mix (50/50) of handmade and store bought meaning that you MUST have something handmade and store bought not just one or the other.

How many items?

You can include as many items as you like just use the guideline of the $10 min value even though there is not strict $ amount for this exchange.

Candy? Yes, you can give candy but be mindful of allergies (this is why filled out profile are important, check your partners for this info) and also be mindful of hot weather since we do all live in Florida and the weather is still unusually warm.

Giver's choice but, again, check profiles for dislikes and allergies.

Each member is responsible for having their exchange packages ready by Dec 12th. We will exchange our gift on this day (the event day).
