Recipes and Inspirational Quotes

Hi

We all know how tough it can be when we're trying to lose weight to find new, exciting and low calorie/fat/carb recipes. Or how easy it is to slip a little.

So I thought for this swap we could send our partners a slimming recipe and an inspirational quote. They can be hand written or typed, on recipe/quote cards, scrapbook pages, decorated, in a little book, or in the form of a letter. Just a little something to help us get through our dieting hiccups.

Hopefully this swap will run monthly along side the Journal swap.

Also, please remember this swap is international, but swaps can easily be very light and low on postage. :)
