ATC Dotee For Beginners

This is for any and all interested in making ATC Dotees. This will be open theme and for beginners to making ATC Dotees and for those who are old pros. There is no high expectation on this swap. Just do your best.

We will have 2 partners. Send each partner 1 ATC Dotee. I don't know if there is a how to into making them. If anyone knows of one please feel free to share in the comments section below. The Dotee should be made just like you would a regular dotee but instead of stuffing your doll you will place her on an ATC card. The card should also be covered in fabric or some other type of material. Embellish just as you would a regular dotee. This will be open to anyone with atleast a 4.8 rating. No recent no-sends. If you are fighting a recent 1 rating please contact me and explain. I will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
