This is ace! I collect anything with domesticated cat postcards. I also love black and white Indian postcards, artists such as M.C. Escher, De Vinci , Annie Lebowitz, Japanese animation such as Totoro or anything by Myazaki, anything unusual or wacky, VW, Halloween themed and there are more in my profile for ideas.

How many postcards for each person do we send? I also like some art ad postcards, foreign ones would be great too if you happen to find any.

? for everyone, I am fairly new to the post card swaps, i've done I think 3 so far. However most of my post cards are one's i've made but are printed like a regular post card, or ones that i've bought but they all have to do with my state or towns that surround me. Where do I find random post cards with art and what not on them, because honestly we don't have anything like that here, i've been on the search, i've even been making my husband search! :)

Art Museums are a good place to find interesting postcards. Alternative bookstores and gift shops usually have them too.

Huloo to my partners! Just a heads up to let you know I mailed your postcards today! I had a gig at Pechanga Casino, so guess where your postcards are from:-) Hope you enjoy them.

I also found postcards at Tourist Information shops and surprisingly at some antique shops. Also check out various art galleries, farmers markets, garage sales, sometimes yard sales, thrift stores, or second hand shops. The Humane Society thrift store, I have found a great set of postcards there too. There are web sites that you can order some if you like for future use. I even found a set of postcard books in second hand book stores. Those come in handy instead of buying postcards individually. One of my favorites is: Pomegrante books of Postcards . They have tons of them from art, photography, wild life, places etc. Buy individually or by the book. http://search.store.yahoo.net/cgi-bin/nsearch?follow-pro=1&vwcatalog=pomegranate&catalog=pomegranate&query=postcard

This message goes out to the recipients of my "quick-swap" postcards. Please forgive me that I am a day late in sending out your cards. I have been down with a 3 day migraine headache and just the thought of sitting at the computer or picking up a pen to write was more than I could bear to handle. But rest assure they are safely tucked away in the mail today and on their way to you! Again my apologies. I am new to swap-bot, but I promise you this is certainly not my style of swapping. Hope to see you in more swaps!! :)
