CC: Transparent Layers Collage Postcard

For October we played with textured collage. For November, let's play with adding transparent layers to your collage.

Use some kind of material that is transparent as a layer in your collage. Allow layers beneath to show through and add additional elements on top of your transparent layer. You can use multiple layers of transparent layers as well.

Transprent materials may include:

Vellum
Transparency paper
Tissue paper
Sewing pattern tissue
Paper napkins that you can see through
Tracing paper
Wax paper
Cellophane
Candy wrapper
Plastic bag
Page protector
Plastic window from an envelope or food packaging
Clear contact paper
Packing tape

Ideas for adding to the transparent layer:

Rubber stamps
Gelli prints
Print with found objects (ie. pattern from the bottom of a shoe)
Print an image on it using a printer or photocopier Writing
Drawing
Painting

Try something you haven't done before or haven't done for a while.

Send naked if you feel brave otherwise pop it into an envelope to ensure this gets delivered by our postal services.

Please don't seal your postcard with packing tape - instead use a varnish or gel medium or just put it in an envelope.

-Be sure to include the name of the swap and your swapbot name on the back of your postcard.
