Description:

This swap is for an altered CD winter or holiday ornament!

Now the fun thing about altering these CD's is that you can do them in paper, paint or fabric.

You can cover them with paper with most any kind of glue.

Fabric can also be used with glue although I love to cut the fabric circle larger than the CD then using a gathering stitch you can pull the thread which pulls the fabric to the back where you secure it in place. I then cover the back with felt either sewn to the edge of the cd or hot glued down.

Either way you can embellish to your hearts content!

Your ornament must have a hanger. These may be too big for some to use as tree ornaments - but ornaments they are just the same! Hang them on the walls, off a knob on your cubbord or in your windows.

The theme is senders choice winter (blues, snow, snowman, flakes etc.) OR any form of Holiday Celebration or representation.

You may look at your partners profile and do something you think they might prefer or you may do what you love the most.

Either way if you have a strong conviction to a certain belief and prefer not to receive something that you don't celebrate then this swap might not be for you.

I haven't altered a cd in several years but I remember loving it! I might find that I have to run a public one too! LOL!

I'm pretty attentive to ratings - I usually expect 4.99+ and only excuse low ratings that are older and have reasonable explanations. I vet group swaps with the same eye as I do public swaps. I also angel or find angels for all my swaps.

Happy swapping! questions ask them here or message me. I'm on at least once a day.
