Description:

In this swap you will have 1 partner. You will send that partner 7 Christmas cards, one to open every day for a whole week! Each of the cards should be different, but a few similar themes is fine. For example, if you buy a box of Peanuts cards that has a few different designs you can send a couple of them. No more than 3 handmade cards (if you choose to). The others need to be store-bought. Try and send a nice variety of fun cards for your partner to enjoy!

Write a little message, quote, thought, etc. in each card. Try and mix it up so your partner isn't reading the same message each day! Seal each of the cards in its own envelope and put them all into a larger envelope (manila or padded) and send them off. Be sure to send them in an envelope strong enough to hold them all! If you want your partner to open them in a certain order you can number the envelopes from 1-7 or just let them choose randomly. USA Only.

  • 7 cards to 1 partner
  • write a message and seal each card
  • mail all cards together in larger sturdy envelope
  • handmade is allowed (but not required) for no more than 3 of the cards
  • send good, quality cards with varying themes
  • sender's choice! (religious is allowed, but try and send all different cards!)

I thoroughly enjoyed this Christmas Card swap, it was the best of the best Card Swaps. It was so much fun opening a card a day for a week leading up to Christmas Day.

Thank you Emily for hosting it again. Happy Thanksgiving, Kathleen
