MPU: February Happy Mail

You will have one partner who you will send happy mail to. Happy mail in this case will consist of 3 things:

--a decorated envelope...
--with a handmade (created by you) enclosure...
--and an extra something, handmade or not. If handmade, make it something different from the required handmade enclosure. No: 2 ATCs. Yes: an ATC in a handmade greeting card.

The items you send need to be themed/inspired by the month of February. That can be through holidays (national or silly/unusual), seasonal observances, VIP birthdays - if it's your partner's birthday month, you can make it all profile based. It's up to you as maker of the happy mail.

Sender's choice, open medium. Examples of handmade enclosures include: bookmark, ATC, other sizes of frameable art, greeting card, artistamps, zine, artbook, art stickers, photography prints, linocut prints - mostly flat(ish) items.
