I had to ban 5 people from this swap. No unexplained no-send means you haven't left any kind of message in the response portion of the rating. If someone is going to rate you a 1, you at least have to go say SOMETHING-like 'sent, cannot resend', or 'postal problems', 'dog ate swap, remaking', 'sent 3 times will send again', or 'unfair rating left by jilted lover,' SOMETHING! Also, if you have any recent ones, I cannot let you in the swaps. It's just the way it is. I apologize for not allowing you in the swaps but these are the rules I have made for my swaps to keep them running smoothly and everyone happily receiving. Even though I say this isn't a profile specific swap but please add something about yourself on your profile. A few words do not count as a filled out profile. You will be hard pressed to find any reputable swap hosts around here who will accept a blank/inadequate profile. There is nothing worse than being partnered up with someone who doesn't have word one on their profile. Thanks for your understanding. As always, I offer to private swap with anyone banned from my swaps. It's up to you to accept it graciously or not. I'm happy to swap with you, even if you didn't meet my swap requirements. Thanks!

Hello Lovely Swap Friends, It has come to my attention that we cannot send tea to Australia. So if you have a partner in AUS. to send to...in lieu of tea, send... a magazine article, newspaper clipping, postcard or picture. Or if you prefer, make a fridge magnet or book marker out of a nice tea box. Does that sound fair? I blew it here! ALL APOLOGIES! Sorry for the inconvenience. If anyone doesn't get a letter because it was held in customs, I can angel the swap for you.

UPDATE! Good news! It would seem that teas can be sent to Australia, with the exception of "tea containing seeds, fruit skin (for example citrus and apple peel) and fruit pieces"

aus. gov. lt has to be bagged and list all the contents, and only plain tea, no herbs or fruit. Feel free to send some hot cocoa packages if you don't have plain tea.

I drink Celestial Seasonings teas and the tea bags do not come individually wrapped. Would it be ok to send these tea bags as along as they are in ziploc bags to protect them?

Hi foxyroxy, I'm just seeing your comment here-sorry for the delayed response. I would ask your swap partner. I personally like the wrapped teas. Some people don't mind the unwrapped ones as long as they are packed in a plastic bag. Ask your partner to be sure!

unfortunately customs confiscated my tea bags from stephad....i have chosen to rate her with a 5 and a ♥ becasue she actually did fulfill her end of the swap....but i wont be joining a Tea swap again..LOL Love Erika
