ATCs are 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches. For this swap, you will create an ATC for your partner with a Halloween theme. Anything goes, as long as at least part of the ATC has been colored by you. SENDER'S CHOICE so you can get started now. Please make sure the ATC has a sturdy back (think cardstock or bristol board, or even a cereal box). Have fun with this! I'll angel if I have to.
