Description:
Decorate a Bingo card with a Halloween theme. Like an ATC but bigger. Use any medium or technique you want, stickers allowed but don't just sticker slap. You can cut down or shape the bingo card as long as you can still tell it's a bingo card. Be creative, I don't like too many restrictions on projects. One Halloween Bingo Card to One Partner, send and rate.
