This swap is "sender's choice" as your most requested recipes can't be dictated by your partner's preferences or allergies.

Send your partner your most requested meal recipe (can be a main or side dish) and your most requested dessert recipe. Along with the ingredients and procedures, explain who requests these recipes, are they passed down from a family member or did you get it in off the internet, is it for special occasions only, etc. Recipes can be typed or handwritten, notebook paper or recipe card, this falls under sender's choice.
