Since December can be a hectic month, here's a swap for January (though since it's not dependent on your partner's profile, you can start on it as soon as you sign up if you like). Send 1 partner 1 photo that shows something about you as well as a short letter or note of explanation. Here's the catch (and the reason why a note of explanation might be necessary/welcome): there should be no people in the photo--not yourself, not your family members, not your pet(s). (I do count pets as people!) This is a chance to think about how to convey something about yourself through indirect means.... Any kind of photo, any size print, any degree of digital alteration (or none at all). Photos should be sent in envelopes through the regular post.

Hi, LaTosi! Interesting question.... I think that as long as people (whom you don't know) are really in the background rather than being the subject of the photo it would be okay. The focus would still then be on the thing/object that shows something about you. Will that work?
