OFAP: USA Altered Postcard

A member had requested that we have a USA swap for this idea, so I am happily complying with that request.

PLEASE, read the instructions carefully and if you have any questions about the format, I will be happy to answer any queries privately if that works for you.

Same swap description as the last time. PLEASE, open the links that I have provided for images that will help your creativity.

This swap is fun and not hard to do. All we are doing is gluing some other image(s) to an existing postcard of any kind. I use gel medium to adhere my images, some people like mod podge.

Take a new postcard, any sort will do. Add something to it on the picture side that alters the scene or person or seascape. link look at lady vacuuming the beach

An example would be if you have a fisherman hauling in a fish, you would glue an elephant picture over the fish. You can then add a caption by cutting up magazine words if you wish.

Captions are not required. The image needs to be changed up that has some detail to it.

Another example would be to cut flowers from a gardening magazine and make that the entire sky over a cityscape.

Please write a newsy note on the back to your partner about yourself.
