Everything Paper Postage Stamp ATC - USA

For this swap, you will have 1 partner and will make them an ATC that has a postage stamp somewhere on it. Any medium/s will work, but no stickers. Please use sturdy card stock and write your name and the swap name on the back of it.

TO PARTICIPATE you must have completed at least 30 type 3 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months. If you do not meet these requirements you will be banned, to be fair to all participants.
