This is the third in a series of 9 Book themed ATCs hosted by yours truly. You do not have to participate in all of them but it would make for a great set/card sheet page when you get them all collected :) This third card is, I hope, an interesting one. You will make one card for your partner. The theme is "Reading Goals 2019" Make an ATC card that represents a reading goal. That book you have always wanted to read? Are you planning a certain number of books to read this year? Or is there an author or series you'd like to complete? It's time to settle in your reading goals for the year and leap into an ATC inspired by your goal. What a better way to kick off your reading plans for the year than to gesso, mod podge, and glue them into place!? You will have 2 weeks to complete and launch your ATC in the post! Standard ATC rule of 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches applies, on sturdy backing. Have fun with this. Do your best work. No sticker-slapping. Add in the details that make for a well-crafted ATC ( there are lots of Youtube videos on ATC making). Make something your partner would be proud to add to their collection! On the back of your ATC put the title of the ATC, your name, card 3 of 9 to indicate a series if you would like, date and I usually add my location so people can later reminisce about where all their cards are from. Add a note to your partner with your swap name and the title of the swap so they can promptly rate you. Extras are not necessary as ATC s are fairly time consuming. Please do not rate down your partner or omit a heart because your partner chose not to include extras. Don't rate on quality (I think we can all appreciate we have different levels of crafting and we can all do our best work!) rate a 5 if your partner followed directions, sent on time, or communicated with you adequately regarding an unavoidable late send. No recent unresolved 1 or 3 ratings...if you have these I will approve on a case by case basis. ATCs require a lot of work and no one likes to be flaked! I will be happy to angel if need be. Newbies welcome with a well filled out profile. Happy swapping! |
