I just noticed a public swap that made me think of this group. Get out your magazines and make an envelope out of one of the pages (use a fairly thick page); cut out some of the images from that magazine or any other one - senders choice, but let's keep it neutral (no nudity, religious, holiday themed); animals, people (not doing any of the aforementioned), buildings, inanimate things, blah, blah. Something that your partner could USE to make some art. One stamp - whatever that means in your country (some counties are limited to 20 grams, some 30, and some double that, depending on where it's going). You're allowed to go over the one stamp - if you want to. I'm not the stamp police, so it's up to you. Just be aware that not everyone will be able to do that. No rating down. A 5 for a homemade envelope filled to make one stamp's worth of wonderful images, a heart if you LOVE the images and I hope you do. Please don't send tiny images, or huge ones. I hope this idea ( thanks, @Popsicle ) intrigues you to look through your magazines (they've been neglected, haven't they?) and you'll find inspiration to make something on your own. |
