Description:

The is a mixed media type Fabric Envelope swap. You will create an envelope made of fabric, with an interior fabric liner. The fabric envelope must some type of enclosure, ex..clasp, button, snap, eyelet, ribbon or some type of closure, you can get creative as long as it has a way of closing. The fabric envelope can be no smaller than 3"x5" and no larger than 5"x7". Any sizes in between will work as well.

Feel free to embellish, stamp, sew or embroider your fabric envelope as you wish, have fun with it. You can check your partner's profile and try to pick fabric in their favorite color, this is not necessary but could, but your partner may appreciate it. And you can tuck a couple flat items/extras in for your partner if you wish!

Your fabric envelope will need to be sent in a regular paper envelope. Please make sure you put enough postage. You'll have two weeks to send, so you can get started now.

Be sure to follow through on this swap if you sign up, it’s a commitment! Sending on time and rating your partner is required. I do check profiles. No recent/unresolved 1’s or 3’s. If you have any issues or questions about this swap, please be sure to comment below or PM me. I will angel if necessary, but please keep me updated.

This is a US swap – if you’d like to create an international version, please do so.

I found an easy tutorial on youtube for no-sew versions (of course, you'd have to add a different fabric liner, but that would be easy to do with modpodge!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vATkHYaHhdU
